Aastha Breast Cancer Support Group- (Vice-President)
Smt. Madhavi Mukund Sagade is founder member of Aastha breast cancer support group society. She is breast cancer survivor since March 2001. She had joined support group since its first meeting. She is very much actively involved in the whole process of establishment, development and registration of the group. She had worked on the post of President for first ten years i.e. 2008 to 2018. Currently she is working on the post of vice-
president of this charitable society.
She was well trained counsellor. She has attended the counselling workshop conducted by Dr. Anand Nadkarni and REBT (Rational Emotive Behavioural Therapy) workshop. She has also attended the workshop conducted by an International organisation namely ‘Reach to Recovery International’.
She has taken the training of clinical breast examination and is using her skills in different camps organised by ‘Aastha’. Her skills are developed through her work experience.
